1/4 c butter (melted)
4 c croutons (plain or flavored)
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 c milk
8 eggs (beaten)
1/2 t dry mustard
12 oz cooked bacon or sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325.

Put the melted butter in the 9" X 13" pan. Put the croutons in the butter and sprinkle the cheese on top of the croutons. Combine the eggs, milk, and mustard and mix well. Pour the egg mixture on top of the ingredients in the pan and sprinkle the sausage or bacon on top of everything.

Bake for 40-50 mins until set.
