12 Jalapeño peppers
1 lb bacon
1 pkg Philly cream cheese
12 toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Core 12 jalapeños and soak in ice water for 10-15 min. Drain and fill center with cream cheese and wrap bacon and secure with toothpick. Bake 350º oven for 1 hr.
* Soaking peppers in ice takes the heat away and makes for a mild appetizer everyone will enjoy.
