8 small red potatoes (about 1 pound),
2 green onions-finely chopped,
1/3 c. reduced-fat sour cream,
1/3 c. skim milk,
2 slices bacon-cooked & crumbled,
1/2 c. shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese,
1/8 tsp. garlic powder,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Wash & pierce potatoes with a fork. Place on paper towel in microwave & cook on high 6 min. or til tender. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut each potato in half & scoop out the cooked potato, saving the potato skin shell. Mix cooked potato, onions & remaining ingredients with an electric mixer. Spoon mixture into shells & place on baking sheet. Bake @ 350º for 10 minutes or until hot. WW Points per potato: 2
