1-15 oz. can pumpkin (not pie filling),
1-12 oz. can skimmed evaporated milk,
3 egg whites,
1/2 tsp. salt,
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice,
1 tsp. vanilla,
2/3 c. Splenda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into a 9 in. sprayed pie pan. Bake @ 400º for 15 min. & then 325º for 45 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with fat free Cool Whip.

This tastes better than the ordinary pie recipe and no soggy crust! Only 1 WW point per slice.
