4 lg. baking potatoes,
1/2 c. reduced calorie margarine,
1/2 c. flour,
6 c. skim milk,
1 tsp. salt,
2 tsp. pepper,
1 med. onion-chopped,
2 green onions-chopped,
4 slices cooked bacon-crumbled,
6 oz. light sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes & bake at 350 for 1 hour, til done. Cool & cut into 1/2 in. cubes. Melt margarine in large pan & mix in flour. Gradually add milk & cook over med. heat stirring constantly until bubbly and thickened. Add potatoes, salt, pepper, onions and bacon. Cook until onions are soft. Add sour cream.
