2 c. chopped cooked chicken,
1-5 oz. can sliced water chestnuts,
1/2 lb. seedless grapes,
1/2 tsp. curry powder,
2 tsp. lemon juice,
1/2 c. sliced celery,
1/2 c. slivered almonds,
3/4 c. light real mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip),
2 tsp. soy sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
