1 c. chicken broth - cool,
2 tbsp soy sauce,
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 chicken-cut in bite sized pieces,
4 celery stalks-chopped,
2 onions-chopped,
16 oz. bamboo shoots,
4 oz. mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients & set aside. Saute chicken in oil til cooked. Remove chicken & add 2 more tbsp oil. Saute onions & celery for 1 min. Add mushrooms & bamboo shoots. Stir broth mixture & add to vegetables. Cook til sauce thickens. Add chicken & stir til sauce is clear. Serve immediately on rice or chow mein noodles.
