1 c. white flour 1 c. whole wheat flour 1 scant c. warm water 1 tbsp honey 2 pkg. (2 tbsp) dry yeast 1/3 c. oil
Mix together water, yeast & honey; set aside. Mix flours & oil in large bowl. Stir yeast mixture and add to flour. Mix until it can be handled. Knead in enough white flour to make it smooth & elastic, about 7-8 min. Set in a warm place for 1/2 hour or so. Punch down and roll out on a pan. Pinch up sides. Bake 350º til golden.
