1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 cup chocolate chips

Bring just to a boil all ingredients, except chips; remove from heat. Add one cup chips, stir a few minutes until it starts to thicken, spread on bars or cake. Do not boil or it will get hard on cake.
