One cup sugar
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Bring just to a boil all ingredients, except chips; remove from heat. Add one cup chips, stir a few minutes until it starts to thicken, spread on bars or cake. Do not boil or it will get hard on cake.

This is so easy and delicious, I make it all the time and actually it makes enough for two cakes, depending on how thick you like the frosting.
