3 1/2 c peeled and diced
1/3 cup diced celery
3 1/4 c water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp pepper
5 tbsp butter
5 tbsp flour
2 c milk
1 to 2 cups shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combiine the potatoes,celery,onion and water.bring to boil,then cover over over medium heat until potatoes are tender.about 10 to 15 minutes.stir in chicken bouillon ,salt and pepper.
in seperate saucepan, melt butter over med low heat.whisk in flour with fork,and cook, stirring constantly until thick, about 1 minute.slowly stir in milk as not to allow lumps forming until all the milk has been added.add cheese stir until melted and thick.
stir the cheese milk mixture in to the potatoes.
serve immediatly.
