1 c brown sugar
2 (12 oz) guiness beers
cabbage (optional)

Rub the brown sugar all over the beef pat it on real good.
place in crock pot pour beer over beef.
cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
put cabbage in about two hours before beef is done.
