1/4 c butter
4 chicken breast
1/4 c flour
2 cloves garlic,minced
1 (10.75 oz) chicken broth
3/4 c sour cream
3 tbsp honey mustard
1/4 c grated paresan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in lg skillet over med heat.coat chicken in flour,and place them in the skillet with the garlic.fry both sides until browned.pour chicken broth on chicken reduce heat to low cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
preheat oven to 300º
stir sour cream and mustard together.stir into skillet of chicken,simmer for 10 minutes
remove chicken to casserole dish,stir sauce till smooth,pour over chicken,sprinkle with cheese.
bake for 10 minutes.
