1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup mixed peel for fruitcake
1 cup raisins, light or dark
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine until creamy. Add sour cream and egg and beat. Sift well flour, salt and soda. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture and mix well. Add fruit peel raisins and nut and stir until evenly mixed. Drop by small teaspoonful onto non-stick cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
