1 #2 can of crushed pineapple
1 pkg. Pistachio Pudding Mix
1 9-oz. carton Cool Whip
1 c Miniature marshmallows
1/2 c chopped nuts (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple and pudding mix together; using the juice and all. Fold in other ingredients. Can be used as a salad or frozen and cut in squares as a dessert.
