Meatballs
3 pounds hamburger
1 cup milk
2 cups quick oats
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Sauce:
2 cup brown sugar
2 cups catsup
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and form into 2 inch balls. (I use a cookie scoop) Place in rows in a 9 X 13 inch pan. Mix all sauce ingredients together; pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered, at 350º for 1 hour.

I found this recipe in the Eureka, Project 125 cookbook, submitted by Laura Smith. It is easy to take the cooked meatballs in you lunch and warm in mircowave. Or pop them out of the freezer and heat.
I place the cooked meatballs in a crock pot when taking them as a cover dish. I use the sauce for other meats, as it is my favorite.
