Dressing---make first and let cool;
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. MSG--(I used accent)
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. salad seasoned rice vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Heat to dissolve sugar etc.

2 chicken breast, cooked, cut up
Dynasty brand Maifun Rice sticks (orange wrapper if you can get them)

1-2 heads of lettuce
1/4 cup green onion

Cook rice sticks: use about 1-2" hot oil. Break a hand full of the rice sticks off, about 2-3", put in oil quickly turn and take out. Drain on a paper towel on a cookie sheet. (put a small piece in when it puffs up the oil is ready; don't over cook; don't let them brown.)
Break up lettuce and toss all together, with dressing. Serve.
