1/2-1/3 c.oil
1 tsp.pepper
2 tsp.salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. accent
6 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar

Roast 8 Tbsp. slivered almonds.

1 head cabbage
4 green onions - tops and all
Some carrots if you like
2 pkg. Raman Noodles uncooked.

Mix all dressing ingredients and let set over night or at least a few hours. Chop all vegetables; just before serving pour the dressing over and add noodles, just crumble them. Serve.
