10 lb. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 large onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2c. brown sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. mace (nutmeg)
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, onions, garlic, red pepper, celery seed, cook 30 minutes. Put mixture through press, and add remaining ingredients. Cook until thicken or 30 minutes. Pour into canning jars and seal. Process in a hot water bath for 20 minutes.
