1 can white shoe peg corn
1 can French style green beans
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 stick butter

Mix above ingredients and top with Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix. Drizzle topping with melted butter. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.

I usually double this recipe. It can be made ahead of time and poppped in the oven. This is my daughter, Shannon's, very favorite recipe and a must for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.
