3 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil or olive
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Add chopped walnuts (not ground) and 1 cup raisins. (optional). Put in 3 greased bread loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
