1 cup chopped Vidalia onion (or other sweet onion)
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Triscuits or assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 3 ingredients, place in ovenproof baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.

If you want a little zip to the dip, add juice of 1/2 lemon and a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
