1 lb. smoked beef sausage
1 lg. tomato, sliced
4 or 5 cheddar cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage into four or five links, cook until completely done and then slice butterfly-style. Place sausage in a shallow baking pan. On each sausage, put tomato slices and top with a cheese slice. Heat under broiler until hot and cheese has melted. Delicious!
