6 boneless loin pork chops cut about 1 inch thick

Marinade:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. dry sherry wine
1 tbsp. Asian sesame oil
2 tsp. fresh ginger finely chopped
2 tsp. garlic finely chopped
Salt and ground black pepper

1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a shallow container and add the pork chops coating them well
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight
3. Remove from the refrigerator 1 hour before grilling
