2 handfulls of fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1/2 jalapeņo pepper
1 tsp of grated fresh ginger
2 limes
2 tbsp of soy sauce
pinch of sugar
sea salt and ground black pepper
1/4 cup of evoo(extra virgin olive oil)
1 8-10 oz block of ahi tuna of some sushi type tuna
1 ripe avocado halved, peeled, pitted and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine cilantro, jalapeņo, ginger, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp of evoo. Stir until well incorporated.
Now place a skillet over high heat with remaining oil. Season tuna with salt and pepper and lay it in the hot pan for 1 minute per side. Now pour 1/2 of cilantro mixture into the pan to coat fish. Serve the seared tuna with sliced avocado and remaining sauce drizzled over the whole plate
