Boston lettuce, chicory, and romaine
Carrots

Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup roughly chopped chives
1/4 cup roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped tarragon
2 anchovy filets
Salt and freshly ground pepper

1. Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a food processor
2. Puree until smooth
3. Add to greens and gently toss
