2 6 or 8 oz Salmon steaks, skin removed
4 tbsp real mayonnaise
2 tbsp seafood seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
You can bake these in the oven. Preheat to 375 or you can grill these. Preheat grill to a medium heat. Make sure you oil the grill before you add the salmon.
Spread the mayo on each side of the salmon, then sprinkle with the seafood seasoning. Bake or grill until the salmon wants to flake.

You will never go back!!! Wonderful. I served this with a fresh baby spinach salad and roasted tomatoes. A good healthy meal.
