1 container of cherry tomatoes
1 or 2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 or 3 Tbsp of fresh basil, chopped
olive oil
sea salt
fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Drizzle a baking sheet with short sides with the olive oil, enough to coat the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes, roll around and toss to coat, then add the diced garlic and basil. Sprinkle with salt a pepper. Put on middle rack in the oven and roast for 20 minutes or until the tomatoes burst. You can toss in the middle of roasting if you like. I do!

These are absolutely delicious with any meats. Even better with Salmon or Tuna steaks. You can even put them with whole wheat pasta. I make these often!!
