1/2 bag Romaine lettuce and 1/2 bag baby spinach 1 pt. strawberries, cleaned and sliced 1 c. cashew halves 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese Dressing: 3/4 c. canola oil 1/4 c. white vinegar 2-3 tsp. poppy seeds 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients, then just before serving toss with dressing.
