1 pint vanilla ice cream
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup dark/gold rum
3 banana's; peeled and halved crosswise-then
lengthwise

Directions:
1. Set out ice cream to soften. In skillet, heat butter, sugar and rum over med-low heat. Cook stirring occasionally until smooth and bubbly-about 4-6 min.
2. Add bananas and cook gently swirling skillet until bananas are just warmed, about 1-2 min. Scoop ice cream into bowls and top with bananas and caramel sauce. Serve immediately
