1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.baking powder
1/8 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/8 cup melted butter or margarine
12 can whole kernel corn

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, sugar. Combine eggs, milk and margarine/butter. Fold in dry ingredients. To bind batter, add corn last. Drop in hot vegetable oil and let cook 5 minutes. Drain.
