1 loaf Italian bread (crustier the better)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup Extra Virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Slice bread on an angle. Arrange flat on a cookie sheet. Chop garlic and mix with olive oil, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper. Brush olive oil mixture onto bread slices and top with tomato. Sprinkle with cheese. Toast in oven 7-10 minutes.
