3 green onions, chopped fine
1 small head lettuce, sliced thin
1T. white sesame seeds, toasted
27 almonds, slivered and toasted

1/4c. vinegar
1/4c. water
1/4c. catsup
1/4c. sugar
1t. soy sauce
1T. cornstarch
