2 bunches spinach 1 small head of lettuce 1/2 red onion, sliced 3/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese 1/2 - 1 lb. bacon (cooked and crumbled) 1 c. cottage cheese Dressing: 1 Tbsp. poppy seed 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 3/4 tsp. salt 1/3 c. vinegar 3/4 c. oil 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. grated onion
Mix all ingredients for dressing together in a blender. Mix all salad ingredients together. Pour dressing over and toss.
