2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach
8 ounces cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can (3 ounce can) of onion rings, crushed
Pepper to taste
1/2 can (3 ounce can) of onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300. Cook the spinach according to package directions. Drain. Mix the spinach, cream cheese, mushroom soup, and 1/2 can crushed onion rings. Add pepper to taste. Sprinkle the other 1/2 can of onion rings on the top of the casserole and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly, at 300.
