1 head of cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. whole mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage, add salt. Let stand 2-3 hours. Squeeze out water. Add carrots and green peppers. Mix sugar, vinegar, water, celery seed and mustard seed. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm and pour over cabbage. Place in freezer containers.
