4 loaves bread
1 1/2 c. onion, diced
2 c. celery, diced
8-10 eggs
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
sage (to taste)
parsley (to taste)
1 gal. broth
diced turkey (as much as you want)

Tear bread, place on cookie sheet overnight to dry out. Preheat oven 350º. Add spices to taste. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Bake in a well greased pan. Bake 1 hour or more.
