1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar, packed firmly
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. powder sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, brown sugar and salt in a saucepan. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Stirring constantly. Add milk bring to a boiling point. Remove from heat, add vanilla and powdered sugar. If icing becomes too stiff blend in a few drops of hot water.
