Directions:
Chop up iceberg lettuce. Add lots of fresh basil leaves (bite size). Chop up tomatoes, avocados and cucumbers and place in salad. Slice up fresh lemon and squeeze all over the salad.
Lightly brown pine nuts (I love them, so I put in a lot) in Canola oil. Be careful not to burn them !
Add Paul Newman's dressing. Top with goat cheese.

Personal Notes:
The thing about this salad is you can just keep adding things like carrots, too if you want. For some reason the pine nuts and goat cheese fuses all the ingredients to make it taste good no matter what's in it, hence the name ! Serve with good crackers. Yum.
