1 box Yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 egg
1 8oz. package of cream cheese
1 pound box of powered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, margarine and egg thoroughly; then press mixture into bottom of buttered 9 x 13 cake pan. Add chopped pecans over mixture.
Mix cream cheese, powered sugar, 2 eggs and vanilla well. Pour over top of pecans. Bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove, let cool, then slice.
