8 tsp creme De Cassis (black currant syrup available at liquor stores)
2 (375ml) bottle Brut Champagne
4 lemon twists

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 2 tsp of the creme De Cassis in each of 4 tall flutes Champagne glasses. Pour the Champagne into each glass, and a lemon twist.
