3/4 lb. asparagus or 10oz. frozen
1 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. Sesame seed
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. toasted sesame oil (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut asparagus into 1- inch pieces. Cook in boiling water for 4-6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain, remove from pan. Melt margarine, add sesame seeds. Cook and stir until seeds are toasted. Add mushrooms; cook and stir about 4 min. or until tender. Add lemon juice and if desired sesame oil. Add asparagus, tossing to coat: heat through.
