2 c. sugar
4 Eggs
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. flour(not sifted)
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend well together the oil and sugar. Add 4 eggs beaten well. Add the carrots, flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and the vanilla. Bake 325º F. for 3/4 to
1 hour. Makes 2 8x8 pans. Frost if desired or use dream whip for topping
