2 1/2 cups shredded New York white cheddar
1/3 cup grated onion
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 cup raspberry preserves
Triscuit wafers

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine cheese and onion and mix well. Blend in mayonnaise. Form into a flat mound on serving dish and top with preserves. Serve with Triscuit wafers.
