3/4 cup mixed frozen vegetable
1 1/4 cup diced roast beef from deli
(2 slices cut at #8)
1 cup refrigerated cubed or shredded hash browns
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 box ( pkg.of 2) refrigerated pie crusts
4 tsp butter/margarine

Directions:
Heat vegetables in microwave, drain & set aside to cool. On a lightly floured surface or waxed paper unroll pie crust and cut each in half. Place equal amount (1/4) of meat, vegetables, potatoes & cheese on each half, salt & pepper & 1 tsp butter. Fold to enclose filling, press firmly to seal edges. Place on baking sheet. Bake 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

After cutting the pie crusts in half, use your fingers to make them a little larger. Put the ingredients on one side of the pie crust and fold the other side over to seal. We like it better without the cheese.
I like to use Charlie Pride roast beef.
