3/4 cup mixed frozen vegetable
1 1/4 cup diced roast beef from deli
(2 slices cut at #8)
1 cup refrigerated cubed or shredded hash browns
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 box ( pkg.of 2) refrigerated pie crusts
4 tsp butter/margarine

Directions:
Heat vegetables in microwave, drain & set aside to cool. On a lightly floured surface or waxed paper unroll pie crust and cut each in half. Place equal amount (1/4) of meat, vegetables, potatoes & cheese on each half, salt & pepper & 1 tsp butter. Fold to enclose filling, press firmly to seal edges. Place on baking sheet. Bake 375 º for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

After cutting the pie crusts in half, use your fingers to make them a little larger. Put the ingredients on one side of the pie crust and fold the other side over to seal. We like it better without the cheese.
I like to use Charlie Pride roast beef.
