2 lbs, dates cut up 1 lb. hazelnuts
1 lb. walnuts 1 bottle candied cherries
1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt
6 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, make batter of dry ingredients. Fold in dates, nuts and canied cherries. Put in bundt pan or angel food cake pan. Bake a 300º for 2 to 3 hrs.
