1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 chopped onion
Ketchup
Brown sugar if desired.
8 large or 12 small buns

Fry ground chuck and onions in a 6 c. pot or micro cook in an 8 c. covered measuring cup until hamburger is brown and no longer red (about 5 minutes). Drain liquid and stir in 1 1/2 to 2 cups Ketchup. Heat thoroughly and serve on hamburger buns.
