1 1/2 lbs. boneless round steak
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T cooking oil
1 10 oz. can of beef broth
1 c. water
4 medium potatoes thinly sliced
2 medium onions thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat from steak. Cut into serving size pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge steak in flour mixture. Brown steak in hot oil. Add broth and water. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Turn meat and top with potatoes and onions. Cover and simmer 20 more minutes or until potatoes are tender.
