3 cups potatoes, boiled and riced
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and rice potatoes. Add whipped cream, melted butter, salt and sugar. Mix well. Chill thoroughly. Add flour. Make into individual patties. Chill again. Take one patty out at a time and roll, fry on lefse grill. Cover each lefse with cotton cloth while next one is being made to keep moist. Cool completely before putting in zip lock bag to refrigerate or freeze.
