1 egg beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, egg, sugar and shortening. Beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch pan.

Sprinkle dough with;
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts.

Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.
