Ingredients:
4 tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cream cheese
4 oz. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add garlic. Stir in the flour until it bubbles. Add milk - stir constantly so it doesn't clump, until it boils and thickens. You may need to add additional flour. Remove from the heat. Stir in cubed cream cheese and Parmesan. Stir to dissolve. Serve over your favorite pasta.

Note - you may add shrimp to this. Just have thawed, dried cooked shrimp, add with cheese and heat slightly. This is great!
